that's 6N2P, H is cirilyc N and П is cirilyc P
I've got some of those and some 6N2P-EV which are military version with silver plated pins.

And just to mention, those are just like 12AX7 only with slightly different pinout, they can't be used with 12V heater supply but have internal shield that separates triode to reduce noise between them.
I'd take them but 10 days ago I got lot of 10 of them. It will take at least a year to spend them
