Im looking to build a power supply for a friend. I would like one to have one 18v, one 12v, 6ish +9v, 2 -9v, and an adjustable "aged" battery +9v. This is what Ive come up with so far:

My questions are: Are the cap ratings sufficient? Can I up the caps a little more to achieve "more clean" power? I am going to use a small fuse before the transformer, as well as a switch, probably with the switch connected to a relay for the 120v. I saw a post by AMZ*, the guy that does muzique.com, regarding a power supply he built, which is along the same lines of what Im looking for, but havent found any more info regarding it. Does anyone know if there is better circuit protection I can utilize, without going overboard? And last, which transformer do you think would be most suitable? Thank you all for your time, Have a great weekend.

how about a hammond 28v @ 0.7A Transformer. Mouser #546-164H28. That should be sufficient for 200mA each output?
