I build the FF from fuzzcentral.
I'm having trouble biasing the 2nd transistor... seems like the trim pot won't do nothing..(maybe I wired it wrong? it has 3 lugs, I wired the middle one to the collector of Q2 and another lug to the 0.01uf cap and the 470R resistor..
What am I missing? :\

Not sure what you mean, Q2 collector Q1B connection?
Post the circuit link, battery voltage, pin voltages, try an audio probe etc.
From what we see, it could be a miswire, mistrace, misresistor value, transistor/cap orientation problem, dead battery...probably a miswire because the Q2 trimpot doesn't work.
Have you measured the trimpot to see if it's actually...doing whatever values it...what value is it?
