I want to put a FL-301 ( 9V ) and a Ropez phaser, both done with Tonepad's loyauts, in a single box, GGG's wiring diagram...The simple question is with would you put as effect 1 and 2, i mean wich one firts, the flanger or the phaser...I have a tryied in both ways and I cant ear big differences, so i would like to know your opinions...

They are both modulation devices, so it probably makes little difference, but I would go
Chorus --> Flanger, so I can use slow and deep Flange across a faster CHorus "wobble"
Just my preference and NOT a definative answer !!
