I've seen partials but nothing complete.  It is essentially a very, very good Rat with custom tailoring.  If you can make one of those yourself and know how to custom tailor, go for it.  If you don't, give Mike Fuller a couple hundred bucks and have him do it for you properly.

I think the AMZ Overdrive Pro was touted as a functional equivalent, sort of an alternative to the Distortion Pro. I don't think it is considered a 'clone'

What would be a good way to get more output level from the Overdrive Pro with limited voice alteration.
The sounds have great varaibility, Great sounding circuit.
If more output could be obtained without altering the voice too much, I'd start another one very soon.
Perhaps a buffer before the tone section would do it?
Some of the settings on the tone control are great for scoop crunching, but come to less than unity at output.

Can't you put a booster at the end of it?

Stick this between the out of the tone control & the volume & you'll have no unity gain problems. If you used a dual OA on the OD Pro, then just make it with the unused half. If you used a single, then you'll of course need another.

The last stage of the AMZ Pro could be replaced with the first stage, which is similiar to the stages in a BMP.  Or you could use a Mu-Amp, Mosfet Boost, Fetzer Valve, etc.  Also could use a dual op amp and make the second a gain stage at the end.
