Dynacomp or Ross?

Well I have everything ready to build either Ross or Dynacomp Compressors,(they can be built usng the same Pcb). But which should I built? Whats different between them?

 The Dynacomp is brighter, clearer, the Ross warmer, smoother.

This has come up once or twice before.  Basically, one will make you sound like Jimi Hendrix, and one like Jimmy Hoffa.   :icon_wink:

Most Country players I know prefer the Dynacomp. Most Rock players I know prefer the Ross.

  Note where the Dyna hasn't the HF rolloff components, where the Ross does.
  You can choose to eliminate or partially eliminate, or adjust the values of these components.
  I believe these components are all located near the output.

Ross comp definately the Ross comp, I bread boarded the circuit and tried both but I prefer the Ross comp for sure
