What are the black traces on this layout?.Is this because it was adapted from a pcb layout or something  So i can just ignore them right? Sorry if this question seems somewhat idiotic and noobish

Those black traces stand for sub-board connections.

The layout does not look like any PCB layout I've previously seen for the Zombie, though it would seem to be something quite adaptable to a PCB.  The black traces, though, simply stand in for wire leads.  Those could be the leads of the components themselves or a piece of solid-core wire used as if it were a PCB trace.
