LPB boost with LED wiring help

HI,

I just want to add true bypass, dc jack and LED indicator on a lpb I just built.  I would like some help to figure if my wiring is right.

  Looks like the input and output are reversed to me.

Yeah, I second that.  The green and orange wires should be switched on the board.
