Is 220nf equal to .22uf and 68nf equal to .68uf?

Also, if you have time, can you explain the numbering system so I can ID these in the future?

Yes its equal .22uF=220nF but .068uF=68nF.Here you can find nice link with good source of components:

I think 68nf = .068uf, not .68.
