The short answer is Yes.  They are both Schottky Diodes so you can use them if you are refering to the clipping diodes there should be not be a lot of difference to the sound.

Sorry I misread the post. I thought you were asking can you replace one with the other. Any diode will work, different diodes will offer different sounds in the same circuit, try using led's as well.
