Hi does anybody knows about this REX BOX Guitar Cabinet Simulator , is there a schematic/pcb available to build one, even a clone.

There are many circuits.  Do a search in the archives and you should find a couple of threads with links to all the schematics.

I just bought one of the new ones (with phantom power capability and 4X12/2X12 cab switch), and it is very useful and even sounds great.  There are several schematics out there, but unfortunately not of the newer type.  They go for around $75 used on ebay, I thought about building one but for that price it wasn't really worth it to me.  There is a similar box made by Behringer, it is marketed as a direct box with a speaker emulated output.  Might be worth checking it out as it is bound to be less expensive; I didn't know about it when I bought the Red Box.
