ProCo Rat (La Rata) tonepad WONT WORK!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

So this is my 4th pedal Ive made from Tonepad.com and my second time Ive completely rebuilt this pedal.  I can not get it to work!!! The bypass works perfect and the LED comes on when i start it up but no sound at all comes out of the pedal.  I have included pictures of my entire process of building. can someone please help or let me know where i might be able to get help. THANKS!!!!
