Help Getting Rid of Hum in Tuner and A/Y Pedal

The pedal uses two 3PDT switches. The first switch takes the input and either sends it to the tuner or to the second switch. The second switch either sends the signal to just amp A or to both A and B. (I sometime play only my clean amp, but never play only my dirty.) I'm not getting terrible hum, but I am getting annoying buzz. Like a strat turned way up.

I'm new to the whole DIY shindig and know that A/B pedals do tend to have some hum issues so I was hoping you guys could give me some tips on how to ground. I'll do my best to tell you how I have everything hooked up.

I'll just number the switch pins 1-9 as I'm not too good at using the letter designation's, yet.

Switch 1:

1----------------------------------------2 (wired together)                     x(not in use)
4 (received "in" from mono jack tip) 5 (signal sent to  second switch) 6 (GND connected to 8 and a jack sleeve)
7 (to tip of jack for tuner)                8 (GND connected to 6)              9 ( - LED lead)

Switch 2:

1 (GND connected to 6)                    2 (connected to 8 and goes to tip of jack for A)  3 ( - LED for A only)
4&5 (both takes the signal from 5 of switch 1)                                                              6 (GND connected to 1 and to a jack sleeve)
                                  7 (connected to tip of jack B)            8 (connected to 2)                                          9 (- LED for A+B)

I'll try to draw a picture in MSPaint or something if it's needed, but maybe this will be good enough. There are 4 jacks in total. Only two of them have grounds coming from the switches. The rest are just literally grounded to each other with a wire. I would like to look into using a multi-colored LED instead of two on the second switch, but I would need to look into how that works.

I'm sure this is pretty sloppy, so what would a better way of grounding the whole thing be? Any other suggested improvements?

Thanks in advance.
