boss 1/4" audio jack replacement?

hi... i managed to break the audio jack on my boss pedal, i tried to fit a switchcraft encloused jack but it would not fit cuz of some mods i did... i'm wondering where can i obtain an exact replacement?

you tried the black enclosed ones that smallbear sells ?
Try ESR in the UK, there's are a little smaller I think.
