Does anyone have a schematic for this? I've found a place to buy it, but is there a free version?

There is one floating around or you could PM me I might have it. If there was two pedals this forum should do another "A/DA Flanger" type project for it would be this one and the Mutron Bi-Phase. Double sided boards, etc. etc...
