dwell switch

hey guys

im doing a project where i need a circuit that when a switch is depressed holds it on for a short amount of time even some kind of relay circuit 

do any of you know of one somewhere on the net ? mabe a 555 circuit or somthing or even one in kit form (i looked and could only find on/of timers)

then take the output to control whatever you're want to do with it (eg: a transistor thats switching a relay)
