  Dunno or think so.
  RS has momentary switches [don't twist the body when installing them].
  And if you're crafty, momentary contact switches are very easy to find these days, [newer old monitors] if too delicate, a more heavy duty switch controller housing can be made.

Are you planning on using a momentary switch in the wah housing, or in something else?.  There are heavy duty momentary switches that will fit right in the wah housing, for instance there is a Switchcraft momentary switch that looks like the SPDT you have.  Small Bear sells them, as I recall.  Maybe you are just trying to find a use for a leftover SPDT switch, in that case I don't know how to mod that switch to get what you want.

It depends on what you want to use it for.  You could rig a circuit to give a short pulse when the switch is switched from one state to the other, but there would be no way to make it detect a switch release.
