I am in the process of selecting some trannies for a harmonic percolator...

I cant get hold of the ones in the schem, so I hunting for something similar... I know that gain has an abbreviation of "hfe" and is normally shown under that heading in datasheet charts, what is leakage normally shown as? Is VCe or VCb?

Common ones in data sheets are Icbo and Iebo but the one used by most people here is Iceo.  See the last few pages of this note for meanings:

For the most part the leakage of silicon transistor can be ignored; you only use it when designing sensitive instruments, high-temperature stuff and places where leakage is the primary thing.

thanks! is Iceo often shown on datasheets?
