Newbie question on the Tweak-o

I am brand new to all of this and have an incredibly simple question about the Tweak-o from Small Bear Elec (http://www.smallbearelec.com/Projects/TweakO/TweakO.htm).  I just want to make sure that there's no reason why I can't swtich the position of the input and output jacks and obviously wire them the same way.  Everything on my board so far goes from right to left so it would make sense to make this change.  Thanks for the help!

As long as they are connected to the right place you can place the jacks wherever you want on the enclosure.

Thanks.  Sorry for the unbelievably obvious question, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I painted the enclosure.
