I double checked the jumper, double checked the resistors, checked continuity. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before. I can post pics or give voltages if needed. but everything else is working fine besides the spacing.

I should add I am working with a tonepad tremulus pcb http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=42

the way the spacing is implemented on the tonepad only allows for rather subtle changes (it doesn't let you go into the extremes)

look at the symmetry mod on the commonsound site, it'll give a much larger range
http://www.commonsound.com/kits/doku.php?id=commonsound:tremulus
(it basically a potentiometer that pans between 2 reverse parallel diodes connected in parallel with the speed pot)

Thanks Seljer. I'm not even sure if what I am getting could qualify as "subtle". But that mod you suggested would only require me getting the diodes, so I will gladly give that a try.
thnx again.
