Just wondering if anyone can recommend a PNP version of an MPSA13 or MPSA18.

I can't find a complement to it, but what are you using it for? It would help me find something similar.

The BC516 is a PNP Darlington (The MPSA13 is an NPN Darlington), if that helps.

2n5087 is the complement of 2n5088 which is more or less equivalent to the mpsa18, but there might be an mpsa... too.

In general NPNs are better regarding noise and gain, at least that's what I have learnt years ago.

Thanks guys! sfx1999, I'm messing with a circuit and misplaced a transistor in a carrier canceling stage with an NPN darlington and thought I'd try a PNP in that stage also...
