I've used it, it seems all right for transistor circuits as far as working out DC biases and things, and you can do transient plots to see the output. I'm not sure if it does any sort of frequency analysis though, or if it does I can't figure out how to do it.
It's not much good for opamp circuits though as the opamp model assumes you're using a bipolar supply.
