question for Wah gurus...

i just opened up my old JEN (made in Pescara, Italy) Cry Baby, to trace it and make a repro (and maybe some mods as i don't want to mod my old one) for live use, there's a part i can't identify, it's probably some sort of cap, made of plastic (light grey), doesn't look polarized and it's written on it:

it could be a 4uF cap (polarized?) but looking at the comparaisons values it looks like i have some sort of hybrid...
my CB has all the Vox McCoy values except the Rq (the resistor parallel to the inductor), mine is 33k and the Vox McCoy is 100k...
the inductor is a red Fasel written 050 on it
i have two transistors in there, a 2N5232 and a SLP5172 (i've never seen any of those before)

any hint on all of this?

edit: looking ay Ulysses vero of the Vox 846 (wich is taken from a 1967 Wah) i have all the same values as his layout... so my guess of a 4uF NP was right... but it's still weird that my Cry Baby has the Vox exact values (except maybe the trannies) with a red fasel inductor....  it sounds good though...

maybe if you can post 2 pics of the circuit i can help you.One pic of the bottom and one of the top mentioning the part you can't identify.I will trace it for you.I am doing wah mods to all the cheap wahs for many years here in Greece and believe me they sound really good.

thanks, sadly i don't have a camera but i'm quite positive it's the 4uF NP mentionned by Ulysses... it's going from ground to (100k - 33K - fasel - 470k) exactly like on his layout
