GK2 preamp board questions...please help

Need to build a preamp based on the gk2 schematic - with only 2 signals from the pickup not 6. So it'll be 4 IC blocks, do you think a TL074 will work?! I think it should work fine...
I see two momentary switches (up/down) which will be 2 footswitches and one on off on spdt as sw3?!? Also, where does R20 points and connects?! I guess to +7v, right!?

Yeah, should work fine.

That switch is an actual sp3t, but I think on/off/on would do about the same thing.

Yep, it's a control voltage.

Which 2 strings, and what are you routing them to?  I am imagining that these are two bass strings, but I'll let you confirm that.
And this is a GK2, or a different pickup being used like a GK2?

Mark I don't know the details, I have been asked to replicate that circuit in a pedal exchange, so the guy gave me the main directions.

Maybe you have to ask the guy for details... 

There are signals that don't feel comfort facing an 200R Input impedance (even with a X1100 gain..)
