TS808 SRV Special

Hi y'all,
Just wanted to make those who are interested in this circuit that the Layout has been posted in my gallery with a few changes made.

stm noted the error in a previous post;

Please notice there is an error in both layouts (linked in first and third posts). Opamp pin #3 has no resistance to Vcc/2, and is capacitively coupled only.


I would like to thank stm for his contribution of pointing this out to me, his opinions and analysis I happen to hold in high regard!
For those needing the schematic for this to build or to review the layout or to simply have a look at it, please be aware that the link previously posted by me seems to be dead......strange....  .....and the above mentioned schem did contain some errors which have been corrected in the layout.

Also, many thanks to jc (Eb7+9) for his wonderful contribution as well.....it's basically his baby so-to-speak.......Nice work and Thanks!
I apologize on behalf of this board jc that your information that was posted in the previous thread regarding this circuit ended up in the middle of a flame war.....it certainly was quite an interesting read.

This is a unique sounding version of the TS and seems to step into distortion territory to my ears.
I am not a huge fan of the TS nor SRV for that matter but, it does seem to have that middy type of blues tone that seems to be popular still. This circuit probably would sound good with a Strat into a Vibrolux or .....etc.
I honestly think some here would LOVE this circuit and I would suggest giving it a shot at some point.
