PnP alternatives?

Anyone know about these, they look to be the same thing as pnp.. but about 10 times cheaper.

No, it isnt PnP.

They are clear acetate sheets of differing quality/finish used for photo-etching. You print or draw on the clear sheet, then put it over a copper blank treated with a photo-reactive film into a lightbox.
