Switch pop in Rebote 2 delay?

I'm getting 3PDT switch pop in a Rebote 2 build. I've tried the normal fixes without success Three questions...

1) Is the 1M resistor after the .082 cap supposed to act as the pulldown resistor?
2) If so, should I try increasing it?
3) Anyone else come across this issue?
