K.I.S. analog delay - anyone built it?

Now that we've got MN3205 clones in abundance, I'm trying to decide which analog delay to build. Has anyone ever built the K.I.S. delay, and if so, what are you thoughts on it? I can't seem to find any build reports or even basic info.

Those BL3208 chips should be directly interchangeable with the V3205, correct?
