Hi,

I've built tim's crossover distortion pedal and love the sound of it. I added a few modifications and wondered if anyone can help me improve them? I built this primarily to achieve cross over distortion. I've got a zvex machine, and find this is a tad too mental for live use, so built it so i could have a similar pedal that was more controllable.

In the Class B power amp section, i changed the 10k resistor on the transistors emitters with a 50k pot. Am i right in thinking this will mess up their bias points more and so create more crossover distortion?? Or is their a better way of going about this? Btw i am unconcerned with the fact their is dc over this pot and so crackle could occur.

Regards,

josh

I'd realy like to know this too. I built the tripple fuzz some time ago, but it would be cool if there was a way to make it 'howl' a little sooner :)
