Anyone ever tried this out?

Comments welcome.

I did. I was disappointed because I couldn't get the effect signal level to be the same as the bypassed signal level. It's really nothing to get too excited about. I tried another one of his projects, but it didn't really work, either.  :icon_confused:

I've been there before with his stuff and just thought I asked before I committed the time to it.  :icon_frown:

Yeah, I don't blame you. It was a pretty subtle effect, too. I don't think it's worth the trouble.

Thanks Paul,
I certainly trust your judgement!  :)
Too bad.

I was always tempted with that schematic too but I haven't read any good reviews about it.  It's a very busy looking circuit with a fair amount of components.  It would be depressing to put that much work to build something that was subtle and not at unity.  I was thinking that maybe it just needs some tweaking on a breadboard.  Mark H. and R.G. always suggest to just convert other modulation effects to accomplish this effect sort of like the Easyvibe has.  Maybe when someone has some extra time on their hands (yeah right :icon_rolleyes:) they can make the circuit work better for a stand alone vibrato DIY project.
