Hmm.....maybe it was too obvious a joke.

BUT
I have seen one in person.  Get this:
THEY HAD A LIMITED EDITION VERSION
it had different artwork.  20,000 yen.  that's 200 dollars or thereabouts. 

You get a nice bit of cable that they dragged out of a busted Neve console.
The same company made a custom pedal for Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs too.

Japan is hilarious for this stuff.  There was a pedal I recall which had 4 different types of solder in it as the selling point of the pedal. 

The online company I use to order parts from has a solder section, too.  It has solder from the 40s and 50s which sells at a ludicrous premium.  It's sold in 30cm pieces.
