effect popping/fading in

hey guys,
i have an effect that pops and then fades in when engaged. it is wired true bypass with a 3pdt switch. i've tried pulldown resistors to no luck... is it possible that it could be the switch?  I've read R.G.'s article on this, and i'm kind of at a loss after the pulldown resistors....

sounds to me like a cap not getting DC adequately... taking time to charge, then pops when it decharges all at once.

Try adding a pulldown resistor from C2, see if that works.

i'll give that a shot... if that doesn't help, i think it would have to be my switch.. this is my second board with the same problem...

this is for markm's viagratone II... I've actually tried 100k pulldown resistors on both caps to no luck... mark, in a personal message suggested that i try 1m... i'm going to give those a shot!

If a 100K didn't work, going up to a 1Meg won't be much better! Let me look at the Viagratone II and get back....
