Looks like 4 transistors in a metal 12 pin package.
$3.60 for 2, with a lot of them available.

...might make an interesting fuzz?

Hmmm.... I almost want to get a couple just to find their specs. You could do a combination Rangemaster/Tonebender maybe? A weird germanium Big Muff? Lots of possiblities.

Perhaps those dots in each corner indicate the emitters?  I wonder if the seller has a datasheet?

these transistor arrays are used for modulators/demodulators. you can use them to make an excellent transformerless ring modulator. just using them for a fuzz seems a waste. if anyone orders these,  I'll definitely buy a couple
