Hi !
I just Bought an old Electro Hamonix Electric Mistress and it's soung amazing !
The problem is the volume drop when I turn the pedal on.
I saw some threads about this, but without answers, so if you can help me it would be great, Thanks.

On the schematics provided here there was a version with a TZF add-on. On that schematic there was a small schematic of a booster to overcome the volume drop.
Am learning something new every day here

ok i try a Electro-harmonix LPB booster to get cure of the volume drop, and... it's work BUT i have i little lost of tone and some sort of static in the sound ( in french we say: gricher) even if i play with the volume pot...i try some other transistor and it's always there, seam's like the booster is  'boosting' too mutch...

I also try with no effect ( guitar-booster-amp) and it's still there...

any solution?

I´m building the 9V electric mistress, and i read about the volume drop with true bypass, so i asked in another topic and Slacker post and schematic for a non inverting opamp stage, so i designed the layout. I didnt test it yet. Here it is:

Let me know if works.

Good luck!
