Tonepad Tone Bender MKII Wiring Help

Hello,

I've been using the 3PDT method in the tonepad offboard wiring pdf http://tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=76 to wire all my pedals and I've never had a problem.  That was until I tried to build the Tone Bender MKII, I'm totally confused now     Can anyone tell me what I need to do different to the PDF when wiring a positive ground circuit?

Any help would be much appreciated.
