Correction in dragonfly APC layout

Yes Dragonfly, It definately works, I build it from this layout, but some people have had trouble getting it to work at the www.electro-music.com forum and someone brought this correction up.  Weird.

Would guess it is powering through the ESD diodes.  Some different manufacturers probably have different ESD solutions, and some might not have diodes to V+.
