Adding a boost circuit to a delay pedal...how?

I'd like to add a boost function (simple clean for volume) to a Dano P,B&J delay...I know I'd have to re-house the Dano, but how would I add the boost circuit to the pedal?

I am assuming you want the delay and boost switched on together, otherwise you can just build a seperate boost. There are many ways to accomplish this. i would do it like this. remove the original switching so the delay is always on. build your favorite boost with regular true bypass switching and instead of going out from the boost to the out jack go to the delay input. so bypassed it goes straight through no effect and on you get both.
