Opening my Memory Man

Hey guys,
I was going to try the posted chip upgrade on my Deluxe Memory Man but I am unsure of how to remove the knobs safely. I don't want to break them and I didn't see anything on this in the faq or mentioned elsewhere.

It is probably super-easy, but I'm just being on the safe side.

If there are no set screws, then thay are held in place by mere friction and a small piece of spring steel inside the knob.  Gentle prying with a flat-head screwdriver or even a butter knife will do it.  I suspect your eyes and the finish on the pedal have more to fear from attempting it than the knobs do.  Just apply leverage gentle and gradual so the knobs don't suddenly pop up, hit you in the face as the screwdriver goes sliding across the face of the pedal.  If you are concerned about damaging the finish, just apply some masking tape first where the scratching might happen.

I just pulled mine right off.

I put an MXR knob on the mix knob.
