Other than a Thank you, becasue this link contains invaluable information, I tend to think similar to what Mark Hammer posted a few days ago. When a book is republished there's no need to put it on a website like anymore. Reading the approach of the owner of this website I think he'll agree.

In one case, http://www.pmillett.com/Books/intro_Philips_1943_GVDR.pdf, (which I bought for 50 cents at a local pawnshop, with the 5 books following up this one... but that's another story) it must be known that this book is in fact republished. I'll do a search later but if not mistaken it was by glass audio. Other than republished it was translated to English as well.
More stuff, less fear, less  hassle and less censoring? How 'bout it??. To discuss what YOU want to discuss instead of what others decide for you. It's possible...
