Capacitor C3 is electro, is the leg connected to source of Q2 the + or the - leg. I assume it is + but wanted to be sure before I soldered it in. (I am doing a perf layout)

C3 is a film cap but, I suppose the Electro should be okay.
Q2 Source would be (+).
