I have recently learned that I have a family relation who is a metal fabricator, and he is possibly entering into the field of making stomp boxes. (He for sure will make some for me ;)  I told him that I could probably sell some here but I couldn't make any promises. What I'm wondering is what do you want. What dimensions. Angled. Triangled. What is a reasonable expectation on the exchange of cash. I'm not making anything but he wants to. Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Jeff

Hi,

I would like to have enclosures that combine the width of a 1590BB with the height of a 125B. So it would be 4.7 x 3.7 x 1.4. If he could make those for around 10 bucks I'd be interested.

A battery compartment would be extremely welcome, whatever the size will be. :)

A lot depends on whatever kind of metal fabrication he does.
Some people are primarily sheet metal guys and so on.
But, if he can do rectangular cutouts, a really cool thing is to have those Bulgin battery cases that mount into a rectangular cutout - they have a lid so that you can chance the battery without taking the base off.
Bulgin are a UK brand (I think) but I guess there are others as well.
