P-channel FET/MOSFET?

i searched the internet for p-channel FETs, but i found only 2n5115 which is impossible to found here...do you know something else?

You could always use the MOSFETs within a 4007 chip.  This chip is usually easy to find/buy.  If you check the data-sheet of the 4007, you'll see how the individual MOSFETs can be tapped into.
