I just got a drill press yesterday and I am looking for some templates for drilling.

Yes I have seen the one on Geofex for the 1590BB size.  Its great and I am definately going to use it, but I need smaller ones for 125 sizes, etc...

Anyone have any other sizes?  I have used the search function and all I see is recommendations for the Geofex one.

Thanks,
Billy

Here is one for the Smallbear 125B "Wild Mouse" size box.

Here is another for the 1590B.

Not sure how much good it will do you if you can't edit it. At least they are to scale.

You can also go to the Hammond web site and download the pdf for each box to get the exact dimensions.

With that and some ingenuity you can make your own templates.

Good luck.

I got some quad-ruled paper recently and started using that. I traced the dimension of the box on the paper and then laid it out using the "Rule of Fours" for symmetry. I then copied the design onto a quad-ruled piece of index card, taped it to the box and drilled.
When making templates, I always try to follow the Rule of Fours; it really makes things easier.
