idiot wah + butchered fuzz=?

as it says up there i took an idiot wah, http://www.geocities.com/tpe123/folkurban/fuzz/snippets.html and put my butchered Whirlygig, http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/v/DRAGONFLY-LAYOUTS_0/album87/album123/WHIRLYGIG_001.gif.html in front of it. now the connection is that the whirlygig has leds for clipping that light up pretty well so i put one of them and the ldr from the idoit wah in some heat shrink. so i get a little wah action a the beginning and end of notes. nothing real crazy but, you can tell something is going on. i think that i only have 1 questions about what i'm diong...  does anyone suggest putting a buffer between the fuzz and idiot?
