Repairing a GTX Stereo Chorus

The pedal lights up but the sound doesn't get affected at all. What should I check in this pedal first? How?

Any obvious places where there's damage to the board (blown resistors, capacitors, etc). Next check for wires that have come loose. After this, go to the debugging thread and get some voltages (a schematic would be handy too) plus a more in depth description of what's happening (whether it works in bypass, volume loss. etc).
