Hi guys!

I was just wondering if there was a suitable replacement for the IC in R.G.'s L.E.R.A. design ?  The only IC's I have left are LM741, TL071 and NE5532... ?

Thanks for the help!

Sorry - those won't work. The IC needs to work properly with its input going all the way to the negative supply. The ICs you mention can't function properly with their inputs down near the negative supply. Look for "single supply opamps".

Is there any opamps from Smallbear that would work ?? I can't seem to find one of these two (LM158 & LM2904) ?

Maybe LF353 from Smallbear? But I would wait for RG to give the all-clear!!!

Ack, sorry again. The LF353 inputs don't go all the way to the negative supply. But - the LM358 does. Small Bear has the LM358, $0.50.
