2N5088's with formed leads and the difference between bulk, ammo pack and reel?

Every now and then I get 2N5008's with the leads already formed or bent to the correct spacing. Is there a special product number for those as I can't seem to find them at Mouser or Digikey. Also bulk, ammo pack and reel descriptions confuse me a bit. I'm assuming bulk is just that...large numbers, but what's the difference between ammo and reel? Thanks for the help.
