Red Ranger question

I just finished my first build which is a Tonepad Red Ranger, and I am left wondering if I might have done something wrong with the build.  Here's the situation:

- Bypass works.
- The circuit works in the following ways:
   - When switched to the 2 pole connection on position there is a large amount of boost.
   - When switched to the center off or the single pole connection the tone sounds so similar that I cannot tell if there is any real change.

I am running the following rig: Squier 51 (Lace Sensor Silver in neck, Duncan SH-5 Custom Custom in bridge) -> Red Ranger -> Epiphone Valve Junior with level at 9 o'clock.  I have tried humbucker only, humbucker split, single coil, both pickups, and both pickups with humbucker split.  I followed the .pdf component values to a T.

Does this sound like there is a problem with the circuit, or is this result to be expected at low volume levels through the head?  I love the sound, but I was expecting 3 distinct boost options.

Thanks!

I built the RR on a tonepad PCB a few months ago and in all three postions there is a very noticeable boost when the circuit is turned on.  One position should provide treble boost, the center should provide a full frequency boost (same tone as off, but much louder) and the third postion should boost the bass frequencies.  The sounds are very distinct from each other and from the bypassed sound, so if you are not getting all four sounds (3 boosts, and bypass), there is something that is not working properly.

Did you include the 2.2M resistors in positions R12 and R13?  I did, and I wonder if this might have something to do with my problem.  I looked over all the connections and everything looks okay.  I'll probably re-flow all the joints to to make sure, after that I'll have to break out the multimeter.

My suspicion is that there is a short somewhere in the circuit, but since this is my first try, I may have my work cut out for me.

I built my RR on a Tonepad PCB using their layout diagram, 2.2Ms and all.  Maybe double check your switch wiring first?

Good Luck
