Ezvibe cap orientation?

i just built an ezvibe but like most of my builds it doesnt work. all the pretty lights work fine but there is no signal. I used the geo circut board. it has square pads where you solder the caps in, does any one know which side of the caps are conected to the square pad?I have the positive side of the caps soldered the the square pads at the moment.
