I've build the PT80 from GGG Schem-PCB.
working good but
1 seems to much filtered on the feedback repeats ( lack of bass )
2 seems that the repeats have a exponential decay ( not as a boss dd3 where the decay seems linear ).

someone can point me in the right direction about point 1 ( how raise the bass range of the repeats)
point 2 is normal and depends of the filtering or can I tweak the cicuit to have a more linear decay?

I hope you understand...  :-[

seems to me like you are after a more traditional "digital" delay.  both points that you mention are, i think, "analog" delay style attributes.  I believe the pt-80 is technically a digital delay, but modeled to sound like an analog type.  although the "lack of bass" that you point out doesn't seem right though.  the repeats should def have a high freq rolloff, but bass rolloff???  this pedal is supposed to be kind of an "anti-Boss" delay.

Read the build info file.

It's really an analog delay with the BBD switched to a low cost and readily available digital delay line.
The lack of bass is a bit of a mystery however. I've built 2 of these and had no issues with that.
As always, double check all your cap values. I honestly don't think you're going to get a DD3 type of sound from this circuit. It wasn't designed to do that. It is a really nice delay. Enjoy it for its "analogness" (is that a word? :icon_rolleyes:)

hi to all
I don't want to get a dd3 type of sound... I have a dd3.
but I have not neverheard an analog delay and therefore I don't know how it sound.
I will check the cap

thank you
